In order to open an account, CFX require:

	-	Certified copy of passport.
	-	Certificate of incorporation
	-	Original of a recent bank statement or utility bill (gas, electricity, landline telephone) dated within the last three months - must include name and address.
	-	Copy of the company latest audited accounts.

Documents are required from all Directors plus all authorised signatories and shareholders with a holding of 25% or more in the share capital of the Company.

Proof of identity

• Current signed passport

• Residence permit issued by Home Office

• Current UK photo card driver licence

• Current full UK driving licence (old version)

• Inland Revenue tax notification

• Self-employed in the construction industry - tax exemption certificate with photo of holder (form C155, C156, C60)

• Firearms certificate

• Police registration certificate

• EU Identification Cards

Proof of address

• Recent utility bill (not mobile phone)

• Confirmation from an electoral register

• Local authority tax bill

• Current UK driving licence - if not used for evidence of identity

• Bank, building society or credit union statement or passbook

• Most recent original mortgage statement from a recognized lender

• Solicitor's letter confirming recent house purchase or land registry confirmation (previous address to be verified)

• Travel insurance policy (only if issued by an authorized insurance company)

• Local council rent card or tenancy agreement

• For students:

• Confirmation of the UK address from the customer's university

• Evidence of a tenancy agreement or student accommodation contract

CERTIFIED COPY BY:

Copies must be certified by Notaries, Solicitors, Banks, Accountants, UK Government Departments, Embassies, Consulates or high commission of country of issue (for non UK nationals).

These copies will need to be signed, dated and stamped (with the firms name) with the following narrative:

"This is a true copy of the original" accompanied by Name, Address and Telephone number of signatory.
