Free Services
The following services to personal customers will be applied free of charge whether in credit or debit:
- Cheque payments
- Monthly statements
- Standing orders/Direct debits
- Cheque cards
- ATM withdrawals
- Leather personal account wallet
- Credits/Inter Account Transfers

Chargeable Services
The following services are chargeable. Such charges are subject to variation from time to time. Details are available at the Bank's offices at Walton Lodge, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

1. CHAPS Transfers	£20 (£25 with advice to beneficiary)
2. Foreign drafts/transfers	£10 plus agency charges
3. Bankers drafts	£10
4. Duplicate statements	£1.50 per page (min. £5)
5. Weekly statements	£25 per annum
6. Stopped cheques/direct debits	£8
7. Collected cheque represented	£5
8. Debit returned for lack of funds	£25
9. Letter re: unauthorised borrowing	£15
10. Telephone call re unauthorised borrowing	£10
11. Unauthorised borrowing fee	£10 per day when payments made
12. Special presentation of cheques	£15
13. Bankers reference - given on customer	£20 + VAT*
14. Bankers reference - taken for customer	£15 + VAT*
15. Other Bank Agency charges	costs passed on in full
16. List of standing orders/direct debits	£1 per item (min. £5)
17. Arrangement fees	by agreement
18. Cheque encashment	free at Walton Lodge for normal transactions. Cash withdrawals of £2,000 and over, will be charged at 1.25%.
19. Encashment facility to another bank	There may be a £20 fee for setting up an encashment facility at another Bank.
20. Large sums	If large sums of cash, £3,000 or more, are paid into the account on a regular basis it is at the discretion of R. Raphael & Sons PLC to charge at a basic rate of 1.25%.
21. Time spent	Time spent on special requests will be charged at an hourly rate, currently £40-£150 per hour + VAT*

* VAT: Value Added Tax will be charged on these services at the appropriate rate (presently 17.5%)

Interest Rates on Overdrafts/Loans
The ‘Banks Managed Rate’, currently 1% per month (APR 12.68%) will be charged on agreed unsecured overdrafts. Secured overdrafts or loans are negotiable and available at a lower rate of interest linked to Base Rate, subject to a minimum of 5% per annum.

Borrowing which is not agreed in advance, or where the borrowing is in excess of the agreed facility, or where the facility is withdrawn will be charged at 20% per annum (APR 21.94%)
