Complete Purchase and Sale Finance Transaction Joint Venture Factor Exit
MTF fund the purchase of finished goods usually by LC payment to a supplier against a confirmed order from an approved end buyer(s). This service covers the complete transaction from order to delivery with repayment by a claim in partnership with the client's Factor or Discounter, when invoices are issued. MTF will then arrange for your Factor/ Discounter to pay us direct from the initial advance against approved invoices to clear your transaction.
